I use Crystal Singing Bowls tuned the frequency of 432hz, as well as other instruments to channel sacred sound to help harmonize all aspects of the etheric, subtle energy and physical body to a vibration we like to call health. I offer Chakra Toning, Glow Mediations, Parallel Reality Shifting, Chakra Alignments and Soundbaths. These can be offered for Groups, 1 on 1s, events, yoga Classes, or any event that would welcome Vibrational Medicine / Movement / Mediation.
During a Private or Group Sound Healing Session you can relax, let go, receive guided meditations and allow the sounds to take you into a deep place of relaxation and peace. With each session intuitively changing depending on the intention, discovering whatis needed. The sessions can be paired with crystals, Reiki, Thai Massage, movement and toning.
Sessions are 90 min with intention setting at the beginning and a check in to close out the session.

My Journey into Sound Healing ::
I first experienced Sound Healing from the Sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls in 2012 when I attended a Sound Healing Circle at a fellow Sound Healer, Jesse Stuarts Loft. Jesse Stuart had over 20 Crystal Singing Bowls, in a variety of sizes, infused with other Crystals and gems in a loft full of instruments. This experience put me into a deep space of peaceful meditation where I could feel the vibrations flowing through my body.
I then met another Sound Healer and now Mentor, Darren Austin Hall at the Downward Dog Yoga Center while Darren was playing during a Mysore class. I later attended his sound circle which had participants tone together with different sounds such as “OM” or “AH”. This technique allowed everyone to resonate together and experience the power of their own voice. We then moved to chant the tone of each chakra from the base to the crown with the sound of the Crystal Bowl that correlated to that Chakra humming in the background. This was another deeply moving experience that took me into another dimension of mind body connection. After the sounding practice had ended, everyone lied down to receive a sound healing treatment. During the next 30 min Darren channeled Shamanic Songs and sang with his bowls that again, dropped me into a journey of my inner world. Needless to say my body was activated and my heart curious.
I have now been collecting Crystal Singing Bowls for the last 2 years and as of the summer of 2016, I purchased my first full Chakra Set of 7 Frosted Crystal Bowls in the Frequency of 432hz.
